Online Courses
As well as offering one to one support, we can help give you advcie and guidance through our live online courses. Each one is suited to a particular age range, so you can learn what’s happening inside the mind of your child at each stage, and know how to support their developmental, physical and psychological needs.
So you’ve spent hours preparing for how to birth your baby, how to feed your baby and what essential items you need once they arrive! But have you given any thoughts about sleep? Perhaps you’ve been told by other parents to make the most of sleep while you can’ but truthfully, most parents don’t realise the importance of sleep until they aren’t getting any!
Sleep is such a vital function for our wellbeing and health, yet is so often overlooked when it comes to our little ones. Many babies need lots of support, help and guidance in achieving optimal sleep, and as parents that starts with understanding the how and why. Knowing what to expect of your child often translates into far less stress because not only do you understand why your child is behaving or responding in a certain way, you also have the tools on how to manage it.
