Sleep is such a vital function for our wellbeing and health, yet is so often overlooked when it comes to our little ones. Many babies need lots of support, help and guidance in achieving optimal sleep, and as parents that starts with understanding the how and why. Knowing what to expect of your child often translates into far less stress because not only do you understand why your child is behaving or responding in a certain way, you also have the tools on how to manage it.
Each course is delivered by Emma, so you will always have the opportunity to ask questions along the way, and work out how to adapt the advice given to your family needs and situation.
Courses are run every month via zoom and are split into manageable chunks over a few weeks, depending on the course.
Each of the three courses will rotate and be available on either a daytime, evening or weekend date and all modules will be recorded so if you are unable to attend the live course one week, you will still be able to catch-up on the missed module.
